We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) with expertise in handling lead generation for Microsoft Power Platform, Document Management System, SharePoint, Dynamics CRM, Platform Development &/or SAP ERP.

What you can expect from the job:

Conduct outbound prospecting to generate leads and qualify opportunities related to the Microsoft Power Platform, Document Management System, SharePoint, Dynamics CRM, Platform Development &/or SAP ERP

Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.

Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to ensure regular.

Proactively seek new business opportunities in market.

Stay informed about industry trends and developments related to the Microsoft Power Platform, CRM, and SAP ERP.

What will help you do the job well:

Must-have skills/ characteristics

Bachelor’s /Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Ideal profile will have 4-6 years of IT Sales experience.

Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Should have the fire and flair for sales, with excellent convincing skills.

Other desirable skills/ characteristics

Engage with potential customers to understand their business needs and articulate how our solutions can address them.

Contact potential prospects through cold/warm calls, emails, LinkedIn, Forums.

Identify prospect’s needs and suggest appropriate products/services from within the Microsoft/Platforms/SAP Ecosystem.

Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads, ensuring accurate and timely follow-up.

Set up regular meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and Regional Sales Team.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted outreach campaigns and strategies.

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Sharepoint, DMS, Power Platform, CRM systems, Platforms development and SAP ERP lead generation would be preferred.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus.

Knowledge of ISMS Principles and best practices.
